Rockford Ranch consisted of a sprawling 85 acre parcel with beautiful lake view of Coeur d’Alene Lake.

Through persistence and planning, our team designed a 17 lot subdivision of 5 acre lots. Each one places to capture every view corridor we could find. We exited this deal to a local home builder who will be building spec homes for growing desire for acerage parcels in Northern Idaho.
