Dover Estates consisted of a sprawling 160 acre parcel with territorial views of Coeur d’Alene Lake.

Our team designed a 16 lot subdivision of 10 acre lots. This subdivision targets the working class market looking to build a come on acreage under $1 million. We are in the process of selling to a mix of home builders and residential buyers giving supply to the growing desire for acreage parcels in Eastern Washington.
